First entry . . .

I hope to learn what my personal leadership style is and what it will take for me to become an effective teacher leader from this course.  I also hope to learn the qualities and skills other teacher leaders possess including communication and facilitation skills.  My leadership skills are questionable right now and thus I am confident that I have a great deal to learn in the coming weeks.

    I know exactly how you feel with your leadership skills being questionable because I feel the same way about myself. I also know that I have a great deal to learn and I am excited to learn what it takes to be a teacher leader. We will both make it and be great!

    Its good to hear that someone else doubts their leadership skills as well. I don't know what kind of leader I will be or if I will be a good one
